stress in my life

Sometimes I feel stressed. There are many causes of stress in my life. First of all, when I feel stressed, there is something new in my life, such as new friends, new sister or brother and new school. Second, if my family have problems I feel stressed and I can’t think about anything different. I can’t focus of my thinking. Third, I have lack of time. I think it is big problem, we can’t do everything we want to do in our time. Stress affects me very much. Usually, when I feel stressed I have many effects, like I feel tired. I am suddenly nervous around people, so I don’t like talking with anyone. Sometimes, I worry about what I will do when I stress. Finally, I can take deep breaths to feel comfortable and sometimes. I should meditate I mind of stress.

My Monday schedule at ZU

Monday is different day for me. I don't feel tired, and I don’t work under pressure. I go to Zayed University by car. I arrive at ZU at 7:30 . I see my friends in the canteen. Then, we take our breakfast, and we eat out of the canteen. The first class starts at 8:00. It finishes at 9:50. Sometimes, we take break for 10 minutes in the middle of the class. After that, I go to an extra study class to do my homework or study anything I don’t know. Usually, I sit with my friends and talk together in the break. But, on this day I chat online with other friends. I do not eat, but drink coffee or juice in the break. Then, the second class starts at 12:00. We use the laptop in the afternoon to do some different activities. It finishes at 1:40. I always wait for my friends to go to pray. After that, we go to eat lunch. Usually, I go back home at 2:30 with my brother . On Monday and Wednesday I have the same light daily schedule and I finish early.
